Who We Are

Independent brokerage at the intersection of supply, demand, and logistics.

Zanoja Associates LLC supports commercial discussions between credible buyers, suppliers, traders, mandates, distributors, and logistics partners across the global commodities marketplace — spanning energy and fuels, sugar, edible oils, grains, agri-feed, beans and produce, dry fruits and nuts, frozen poultry, precious metals, and industrial scrap metal.

Our role

We operate as an intermediary focused on identifying actionable opportunities and introducing qualified parties where there is a credible match between product availability, buyer demand, commercial terms, and logistics capability — across energy, agriculture, and industrial materials.

  • Introduce verified buyers and sellers
  • Assist in aligning price, volume, product specification, delivery structure, and timing
  • Support exchange of procedures and preliminary documentation
  • Help filter non-performing or unverifiable opportunities
Transaction Process

Clear procedures. Serious counterparties. Practical execution.

We encourage buyers and suppliers to communicate with specificity. The objective is to move quickly from general interest to a real commercial framework.

Opportunity submitted Buyer or supplier provides product, volume, location, target timing, and transaction structure.
Preliminary review Zanoja evaluates whether the opportunity appears commercially viable and supported by credible counterparties.
Procedure exchanged Where appropriate, the seller or mandate provides the procedure outlining product, logistics, documentation, and transaction steps.
Qualified introduction Parties are introduced when there is alignment on product, price expectation, incoterms, timing, and ability to perform.
Principal-to-principal progression The buyer and seller move forward directly under the agreed commercial framework, with Zanoja supporting communication as appropriate.
Zanoja prioritizes real supply, real demand, and clear logistics. Engagement is limited to counterparties with demonstrable ability to perform.
For Buyers & Suppliers

Designed for professional market participants.

For Suppliers

If you have legitimate product availability, allocation, or supply access, we are interested in understanding your current procedure and commercial parameters.

  • Product type and specification
  • Available volume and contract structure
  • Location: port, refinery, terminal, or storage facility
  • Delivery structure: FOB, CIF, TTO, rack, or other
  • Procedure, timing, and required documentation

For Buyers

Buyers should be prepared to communicate clearly and demonstrate capacity to transact. Specificity improves the quality and speed of supplier matching.

  • Product requirement and specification
  • Target volume and delivery location
  • Preferred delivery structure
  • Timeline and contract preference
  • Proof of ability to perform when requested

Credibility First

We focus on reputable counterparties and avoid unverifiable offers or unrealistic procedures.

Global Perspective

Our network is intended to support opportunities across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and select international markets.

Commercial Discipline

We look for alignment on product, price expectation, logistics, documentation, and timing before moving parties forward.
